We would like to thank you for taking so much care with our mum and making her funeral service beautiful. We wanted her goodbye day to be perfect, and it was, because of your firm. We would like to say a special thank you to Caroline who was wonderful throughout, and it was her kindness, thoughtfulness and brilliant organisation that made such a sad and difficult time more bearable for us.

Thank you so much Caroline and Jake for everything, you were amazing! The goodbye was perfect and exactly how my husband would have wanted it. It was beautiful in its simplicity and sense of calm, and we will be forever grateful to you for helping us to achieve exactly what we hoped that it would be. The dancing was wonderful Caroline! I am so happy that you did that for me. Who could have thought that dancing round a coffin and coming out into the spring sunshine smiling and laughing could happen! Not many people can say that a funeral was enjoyable, but you made it happen for us. Thank you for being there for us when we needed you – you are both very special people.

On behalf of our family, we extend to you our sincere appreciation for your sympathy, kindness and professionalism during the loss of our mum. Losing her was hard but knowing her last wishes were carried out with such perfection, style and grace comforted us all. Mum did a good thing for us by pre-planning her arrangements, down to the last detail, and by planning them with you, we know that everything was done her way. Caroline not only handled the arrangements flawlessly, you added so many extra touches to make the day seamless and comforting. You attention to detail was appreciated. We are all so thankful that you were there to guide us at this difficult time.
